Payment is due at the time of purchase, including for pre-order products where applicable.
Payment can be made using any payment methods made available at checkout.
Payment cards and other payment methods may be subject to validation and authorisation by the relevant payment provider. If the required authorisation is not received, we will not be responsible for any resulting delay or non-delivery of your order.
All applicable prices, payment schedules and recurring payment arrangements will be displayed before you complete your purchase or set out in the relevant offer, proposal or agreement.
Due to the nature of digital products, including recipe books, downloads, courses, videos and other digital resources, refunds may not ordinarily be available once access, downloading or streaming of the digital content has started, except where required by law or where a specific refund or Money-Back Guarantee is expressly offered.
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing a purchased product, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
5a. HEA Workplace Wellbeing Subscriptions & Pricing
HEA Workplace Wellbeing may be offered to employers, businesses and other organisations on a monthly or annual subscription basis, with pricing which may vary depending on the number of employees or users covered by the subscription.
The applicable price, number of users covered, subscription period and payment arrangements will be clearly stated as part of the relevant offer, proposal or agreement.
Where pricing is expressed as a monthly amount, payment may be made monthly, annually in advance, or under another payment arrangement agreed between HEA Workplace Wellbeing and the purchasing organisation.
We understand that organisations have different budgets and requirements, and we may therefore offer flexibility around pricing, payment frequency and subscription terms where appropriate. Any alternative or bespoke arrangements will be discussed and agreed before the subscription begins.
Where a subscription is set to renew automatically, the renewal terms and applicable payment arrangements will be made clear before purchase or within the relevant agreement.
If the number of employees or authorised users changes during a subscription period, any resulting change to the subscription price or user allowance will be dealt with in accordance with the applicable offer or agreement.
Cancellation of a subscription will prevent future renewal or payments becoming due after the applicable subscription period, but payments already made are not ordinarily refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed otherwise.
Access to HEA Workplace Wellbeing will continue for the subscription period purchased, subject to these Terms and any separate agreement entered into between HEA Workplace Wellbeing and the purchasing organisation.
5b. Recipe Club Free Trial & Subscription
The following Recipe Club terms apply only where Recipe Club access is included, offered or purchased as part of an HEA Workplace Wellbeing package or through this website.
Where the HEA Recipe Club is offered with a free trial, the length of the trial, subscription price, billing frequency and number of payments will be displayed before you complete your order.
Where a 7-day free trial applies, you will receive access to the applicable Recipe Club content during your trial period.
Your chosen payment method will automatically be charged the subscription price shown at checkout when the 7-day trial ends unless you cancel before the end of your free trial.
Recurring payments will then continue according to the payment schedule shown when you joined the Recipe Club, unless you cancel your subscription or the agreed payment schedule has been completed.
You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next scheduled payment if you do not wish to continue.
Cancellation prevents future payments that have not yet become due but does not ordinarily provide a refund for payments already processed, except where required by law.
5c. Recipe Club Content & Release Schedule
Recipe Club content may be released gradually according to the membership option purchased.
Customers purchasing a monthly Recipe Club membership will receive access to recipe collections according to the release schedule stated as part of the offer. New collections may unlock at regular intervals from the date of joining rather than all content being available immediately.
Customers purchasing a Full Access option may receive immediate access to all recipe collections included within that particular offer.
The exact content, release schedule and access arrangements applicable to your purchase will be displayed as part of the relevant offer.
5d. Recipe Club Cancellation & Access
You may cancel a recurring Recipe Club subscription in accordance with the cancellation options made available to you.
If you cancel during an applicable free trial before the first payment becomes due, you will not be charged the subscription payment.
If you cancel a paid subscription before completing the agreed payment schedule, no further subscription payments will be taken after cancellation has taken effect and access will be determined by the terms of the membership option purchased.
Where an offer expressly provides continued access after completion of all required payments, that access will continue subject to these Terms.
5e. Lifetime or Continued Access
Where a digital product is expressly sold with “Lifetime Access” or continued access following completion of an agreed payment schedule, this means access for the lifetime of that product while it continues to be offered and supported by HEA.
We may change the platform, technology or method used to deliver the product, provided that reasonable access to the purchased content continues to be made available where practicable.
Lifetime or continued access does not apply to subscriptions or other products unless expressly stated as part of the relevant offer.
